HT Owen 7/8″ Rd Nose Finishing Tool

Now you can take your finishing cuts to a higher level and spend less time sanding. These tools were designed by professional woodturner Tracy Owen to take shear scraping and make it simple and effective for all turners to achieve. They are made from round high speed steel so the cut is supported, unlike flat tools. They will slide easily on the tool rest providing excellent control for those critical final cuts on faceplate work. Another use for the Owen tools is making subtle changes to the shape of a turning.
The tools all made of M2 high speed steel. The blades measure 6-1/2″ and are fitted with 11-1/2″ stained Beech handles.
